Nancy Kolmer joined the PLI Realty team in 2018. Prior to working for PLI Realty, Nancy was with North Country Sotheby’s for five years where she closed over $2 million in home sales annually. Nancy has a Fashion Design/Merchandising degree from FIT and is a Master Gardener through Cornell Cooperative Extension. Her experience spans 40 years of working with lighting designers, architects and interior designers on a variety of real estate projects. Her keen understanding of architecture and design has given her the ability to explain the specifics and possibilities of a home to buyers. Her Master Gardener Certification gives her a unique vision for aesthetics inside as well as outside.
